I certainly think that prevention is better than cure when it comes to air conditioning problems. Point 2 is really important, as identifying a potential issue in the early stages could save a customer a lot of time and money.

Wondering if someone can help me out, my furnace comes on however after a few seconds the flames cut out, as if the gas supply is cut off. I followed the directions of turning everything off then turning on gas and power then thermostat, but the same thing happened.

I would like some costs on the tankless hot water heater,i presently lease my present tank,are they as quick keeping up with the required demand for a shower,washing machine.And you say they would be cheaper to operate? Thanks Ken
